Hey! I am co-owner of Chucktown Fitness, a Group Fitnesss Coach and Personal Trainer with a background in Physical Therapy. Prior to becoming a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach I studied and worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 17 years. I have ALWAYS loved the body and how it moves! I enjoy educating myself and others on proper nutrition in order to maintain good health. I love helping people feel better, look better, move better!! The body loves to move and be challenged. I feel very fortunate to be able to guide people to a healthier way of living everyday!
